You are hereby notified that your personal information and, if applicable, that of your representative/s and other parties provided to Marion High herein or otherwise, will be collected and processed by Marion High in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPI). 

The information is collected primarily for the purposes of enabling Marion High to update and maintain a valid marketing and communications database in order to facilitate the transactional processes between Marion High and the client. 

By submitting the information, you hereby confirm the following;

• The information is accurate and complete.
• You have obtained the required consent in order to furnish Marion High with any personal information of which the designated participant is not the sole beneficial owner. 

Marion High is entitled to process/ and or disclose the personal information if such processing and/ or disclosure is required in order to comply with any applicable law, subpoena, order of the court or legal process served on Marion High, or to protect and defend its right or property.

Marion High will process and or use the personal information as permitted by the POPI Act.
